Le Louis

Le Louis is one of the newest additions to the Provence West
portfolio, and offers guests the elegant luxury of a tastefully
decorated and fully appointed accommodation just steps from a
beautiful sandy beach on France's famed Riviera coast.

Completely renovated in 2008, this beautiful apartment, with
approximately 840 square feet of living area, is located within
walking distance of the heart of Antibes-Juan les Pins and a few
minutes drive from the celebrated Côte d'Azur cities of Cannes and
Nice, and provides more comfortable, and considerably more
economical, alternative to the pricey accommodations offered by the
upscale hotels which line the coast.

Located on the sixth floor (seventh by US standards), the apartment is accessed by an elevator and has designated parking. The open and very spacious (approximately 410 square feet), south- facing living area is elegantly decorated insoft neutral shades with tasteful antique and modern furnishings, including a whiteleather sectional sofa (which can sleep one guest) and an antique Louis XVI
armchair. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a large plasma-
screen home theatre system (with satellite reception, a CD music
system and DVD player). There is also unlimited wireless internet
access.

The French provincial-style dining table and chairs seat six
comfortably. The sun-filled living area opens onto a large terrace,
which is fitted with an outdoor dining table which likewise seats six,
giving guests the option of formal dining indoors or enjoying a more
casual meal al fresco, with views of the village.

The thoroughly modern kitchen is fitted with quality stainless steel
appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer,
dishwasher and microwave, and also features a washing machine and dryer. There is also a small dining area adjacent to the kitchen.

There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms at Le Louis. The master
bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and features an ensuite
bathroom (with shower/tub combination, washbasin and toilet) and a
balcony, with a small seating area and views to the mountains.

The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds. Both bedrooms are
tastefully decorated in soft neutral shades with colorful accents.
The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. In all, Le Louis
comfortably accommodates up to five guests (although we think it is
best suited for four).

The location of Le Louis is truly exceptional. A sandy beach, where
guests will find an array of activities, including water skiing,
sunbathing and sailing, is just 100 meters from the apartment; the
heart of the notable Riviera town of Antibes-Juan les Pins, with its
restaurants, shopping and nightlife, is likewise within a few minutes'
walk, and is conveniently located between the Riviera "jet-set" during
your stay at the elegant Le Louis!
